* Important: Please double check your shipping address and that the addressee is the name of someone who actually lives at that residence. USPS sometimes sends back packages if a person's name doesn't match with those living at a residence (e.g. if you're buying a gift for a friend and having it sent to their home put their name on the address, not yours).
* Do you ship to the UK?
— I do! After 2+ years, UK shipping is finally available in my shop again. Thank you all so much for your patience!
* If I place two separate orders, can you combine them?
— Yes, please email me ASAP with your order numbers ([email protected]). I cannot combine orders once they have shipped.
* When will my order ship?
— Orders typically ship out every Friday, with a weekly update posted on my Twitter. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped (please check spam if not received).
* Does my order come with tracking?
— Orders with only stickers do not come with tracking. All other order types come with tracking.
* When will I receive my order?
— Once shipped, please wait 3-7 business days for domestic delivery (within US). International delivery times vary, especially due to COVID. Delivery can take anywhere from 7-60 business days. Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived by then and we can work something out.
* What do I do if my order hasn't arrived after the general wait time?
— Please email me with your order number and we can work something out together. ^_^
*For returned packages: If your order is sent back to me due to an incorrect address or otherwise, you can pay for shipping again to have the package re-sent or I can refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee & the original shipping costs.
*For international orders: When ordering to an address outside of the United States, your order may be subject to additional duties or fees at time of arrival. Before making an international purchase, please be aware of these fees. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying these fees, they are not covered in the cost of your order.
* Will you restock ___ ?
— I print a limited run of stock each month to reduce overprinting, using unnecessary resources, and having an abundance of leftover stock. Merchandise will go in and out of print depending on popularity and my ability to move products to new homes. ❤️
* Is your packaging recyclable?
— I do my best to source my shipping materials from eco-conscious sources. Shipping envelopes, tape, shipping labels, and plastic bags are curbside recyclable. Shipping envelopes are made from recycled material. If you can save the materials to use for your own future shipments, I recommend it. The materials are usually still in good condition and can be used to ship documents or gifts to others. ^^
